Dr. Earic Bonner serves his hometown in Edenton, North Carolina and brings a unique perspective with him as a physician in the area. With undergraduate and graduate degrees from Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and serving a mostly minority community, health needs hit especially close to home for Dr. Bonner.
“Covid has put a spotlight on all of the things within healthcare that already made it hard for minorities; especially rural black people to have access to care and have equitable treatment,” Bonner said.
