Join us for our Newborn Baby Care Basic Class. This in-person group session covers basic newborn care, feeding, growth and parenting. The cost is $20 per couple.

Our Breastfeeding Class at ECU Health Chowan Hospital offers basic instruction on how to breastfeed your baby.
Join us for our small group exercise class each Wednesday, with sessions from 9:30 to 10 a.m. and 10 to 10:30 a.m. Sign up is required due to limited space.

Community Health Programs will be at RMart Hardware of Albertson to offer free adult wellness screenings to include body mass index, blood pressure, glucose checks, cholesterol checks and health coaching. Screenings are important to assess for the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke and diabetes. Stop by to visit us and learn about skin cancer awareness and prevention.

Join us for this four class series, which includes hands on training with a Certified Chef and Registered Dietitian. This series is open to the community for a fee of only $40 per class or $140 for the whole series. We also offer a discount for couples.
