Community Health Programs will be at Sheppard Equipment Co. offering free adult wellness screenings to include: body mass index, blood pressure, glucose checks, cholesterol checks and health coaching. Screenings are important to assess for the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke and diabetes.
