ClearBalance Payment Plans: Up to 72 Months
ECU Health has partnered with ClearBalance Healthcare to offer you a flexible and compassionate financing solution. The ClearBalance program is a patient-friendly payment option that helps you manage your out-of-pocket medical expenses.
ClearBalance financing is available for patients and families that require more than 12-months to payoff the balance on their account. The maximum amount of time you can take to pay is 72 months based on your total outstanding balance.
At this time, ECU Physicians balances will not be able to be included in the ClearBalance program.
To get started, go to the Billing Summary page in your MyChart account. If you do not have a MyChart account, contact ECU Health customer service at 252-847-4472, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
