Living On After Loss is an eight-week grief support group with meetings taking place every Monday from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Build your knowledge and confidence about the birth experience, labor, and delivery. Topics include an introduction to breastfeeding.

The Chowan Breastfeeding Support Group is the third Tuesday of each month from 10-11:30 a.m. Knowledge is the key to making this exciting time easier for you and your family.
Join us for our small group exercise class each Wednesday, with sessions from 9:30 to 10 a.m. and 10 to 10:30 a.m. Sign up is required due to limited space.
This support group is for pregnant moms and mothers with newborns up to five years of age. The group is designed for new moms to build a sense of community in order to grow and learn in motherhood.
